  • Product & service distribution

4.2 Misrepresentation of financial products, interest rates, approval guarantees, or earnings potential is strictly prohibited.

  • Avoid false promises of guaranteed income.
  • Avoid misleading loan approval claims.
  • Conduct business with honesty and fairness.

Unethical conduct may lead to immediate termination.


6. CUSTOMER PROTECTION

All representatives must:

  • Treat customers with dignity and respect.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
  • Avoid aggressive or coercive sales practices.
  • Obtain proper consent before collecting personal information.
  • Submit genuine and verified applications only.

Fraudulent customer submissions will result in strict action.


7. ANTI-FRAUD & ANTI-CORRUPTION

10. MARKETING & BRAND USAGE

10.1 The DotFiv name, logo, and branding must not be altered without written permission.
10.2 Unauthorized marketing materials are prohibited.
10.3 Digital promotions must comply with advertising laws.
10.4 False income projections are strictly forbidden.

All promotional claims must be factual and verifiable.


11. COMMISSION & PAYMENT INTEGRITY
  • Commission claims must be genuine.
  • Manipulation of payout systems is prohibited.
  • Commission disputes must follow official grievance procedures.

DotFiv reserves the right to audit transactions at any time.


12. REPORTING MISCONDUCT

Any individual aware of:

  • Fraud
  • Data misuse
  • Regulatory violations
  • Unethical conduct

15. NON-DISPARAGEMENT

  • Customers
  • Partner institutions

16. AMENDMENTS

Revised versions shall be communicated via official channels.

Continued association constitutes acceptance of the revised Code.
